First Day (24 May, Tuesday)

What did you do today?

Today we learnt about the movement of electric current and their relationship with magnetic fields. We also constructed a motor with the given kit.
    What did you learn today?
We learnt about the Fleming's left-hand rule the process of the coil of the DC electric motor rotates constantly. The rule is used to find the directions of the force of the magnet and the current direction.

How do you feel about today’s activities?
The project was interesting and i feel that these principles could be used in real life applications

      Pre-camp (23 May, Monday)

      • What sounds interesting about this project?

I think that the process of understanding an electric motor is going to be interesting as the components and the gears working together would allow us to understand what is actually happening with the electric current. Also there are many parts of the electric motor that we can study and experiment with.
      • What do you think you can learn from this project?

I think that the project can enhance our understanding of the topic of DC circuits and the
      way motors are created.
      • Any immediate questions regarding the project?

I have no questions regarding the project yet.
